Larry E. Flagg is the Minister of Administration for the Refreshing Spring Church of God in Christ with more than 35 years of experience in financial and non-profit management at Refreshing Spring.

Dr. Flagg heads the financial and administrative operations of a full time ministry Elder Flagg is a much sought after speaker, teacher and facilitator. 

Bishop James E. Jordan, Jr. has pastored the Refreshing Spring Church of God in Christ since September 1995.

He was elevated to the Episcopal charge of Auxiliary Bishop in the Church of God in Christ in 2017.  He currently serves as the Superintendent of the Gilbert Earl Patterson Memorial District, in the Greater Maryland First Jurisdiction COGIC.

The Assistant Pastor has the full trust and confidence of the Pastor in his absence.

Charged with full pastoral responsibility when needed, this office touches every aspect of the ministry.
